Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 02, 2026

At BillRoll, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information Collection

BillRoll is an offline-first application. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers or any third-party clouds.

All data entered into the application (including business details, client information, and invoices) is stored exclusively on your device's local storage.

2. Data Storage and Security

Your data resides locally on your Android device. We have no access to your data. The security of your data depends on the physical security of your device and any device-level security measures you have enabled (such as screen locks or encryption).

3. Data Sharing

Since we do not collect your data, we cannot and do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data only leaves your device if you voluntarily share it (e.g., by emailing an invoice PDF to a client).

4. User Responsibility for Data

Because BillRoll does not sync to a cloud server, you are solely responsible for:

  • Backing up your data if you change devices.
  • Exporting important documents (PDFs) for safekeeping.

Uninstalling the app or clearing app storage will permanently delete your data. We cannot recover lost data.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

6. Contact Us

If you have any questions or suggestions about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us at support@billroll.com.
